Emily Bardach joined Bethany Children’s Health Center in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources. Emily’s HR career began at the Noble Research Institute, followed by serving as Director of Human Resources at Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company. Prior to joining Bethany Children’s, Emily was Director of Human Resources for Virtual OfficeWare, a technology company in Pittsburgh, PA. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oklahoma State University and is certified through the Society of Human Resources as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
