Dr. Alexandra Roth is Board Certified

Neuropsychologist

Serving pediatric patients through neuropsychology

Dr. Alexandra Roth recently passed her exam for specialty board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology.

Chief of Care Coordination Lilah Kahn says, “Dr. Roth’s certification speaks to her excellence in meeting advanced education, training, and professional standing established by the specialty, as well as examination by peers in the specialty.”

Dr. Roth works with patients in both our inpatient and outpatient community who have injuries or illnesses that affect cognitive and behavioral functions. She completes cognitive screenings and provides education on patients admitted to our PMR and Transitional service lines, as well as developing testing for patients in Complex Care.

Dr. Roth has made significant contributions to the Brain Injury Responsiveness program through collecting information, assessing, educating and providing treatment plans for patients with acute brain injuries, and following up with patients in our outpatient clinic.

Social Worker Adam Pace says, “Having Dr. Roth as part of the Bethany Children’s Health Center team has been a key factor in the success of the Brain Injury Response Program. Dr. Roth’s knowledge and ability shine through when she is helping patients and families navigate this difficult time. Dr. Roth is a pleasure to work with and we are lucky to have her as part of our team!”

Dr. Roth’s Neuropsychology expertise is also important to our outpatient clinic, as she provides intricate diagnostic testing for patients who are in need of Neuropsychology evaluations and helps guide families and community members involved in the patient’s daily life.

Congratulations to Dr. Roth!
