E.L. and Thelma Gaylord Foundation Education Center Policy

Bethany Children’s Health Center offers conference room meeting space to support community engagement, businesses, and civic and nonprofit groups. We take pride in the facilities and services we offer, and we strive to provide excellent customer service to ensure your event is successful. This policy sets forth the guidelines for use of the Education Center.

Reservations

Reservation requests should be made online via the form below.

External organizations may request a reservation within 45 days of the scheduled meeting date(s) and no later than 10 business days before the event date. External use is limited to no more than two consecutive days per event.

The approval of any reservation request is subject to the availability of the conference rooms and the relationship with Bethany Children’s Health Center. The Community Development Department will review requests submitted by any new, outside business, civic or nonprofit group.

The person reserving a conference room is responsible for the facility and will be liable for any damages to the building, equipment, furnishing and/or grounds during the event. The person reserving a conference room must be present at all times during the event.

Pricing

Every guest group will be charged a one-time $75 hospitality fee for your reservation, plus the conference room fee as defined below. All Hobby Lobby rooms can be opened up to use as one big room for larger use cases.

Catering

Food is allowed from outside vendors. Due to the hospital’s COVID policy, buffets are not allowed at this time. All items must be pre-packaged. If you are interested in using the Hospital’s Cafeteria for meals, you must mention it in the email to mheuer@bethanychildrens.org.
